Dothan Police arrest father and son on marajuana charges | Crime

On June 6, 2012 the Dothan Police Department Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of Autumn Ridge Drive. Upon entering the apartment, officers made contact with Matthew Miller, a resident of the apartment. Police searched the residence and found four bags of marijuana and packaging materials.  Miller was charged with Possession of Marijuana. While police were at the residence Matthew's father, Joseph Miller arrived. Officers found that he too was in possession of marijuana after which he was also arrested and charged.

Mathew Michael Miller, white male, 18 years of age, of Autumn Ridge Drive was arrested and charged with First Degree Possession of Marijuana with a $2,500 bond.

Joseph Michael Miller, white male, 44 years of age, of Autumn Ridge Drive was arrested and charged with First Degree Possession of Marijuana with a $2,500 bond.
