Dothan man arrested and charged with unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle | Crime

On August 15, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a report of a breaking and entering in progress. Witnesses told dispatch the suspect was actively taking property from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of West Troy Street. Patrolmen arrived quickly on scene and took the suspect into custody. Officers recovered items stolen from the vehicle in the suspects’ pockets which was then returned to the owner. The suspect, Todd Nix was transported to jail bringing this case to a close.

Todd Nix, black male, 37 years of age, of South Appletree Street was arrested and charged with Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle with a $5,000 bond.
