AUM Women's soccer to host winter camp in February

The Auburn University at Montgomery women's soccer program and the Jamey Newsome Soccer Academy will host a two-day Winter Camp on February 16-17, 2013, at the AUM Soccer Complex.

The event is open to girls ages 15 and older and features a specifically designed curriculum that will feature only the best and most effective techniques available. All instruction will be conducted by college coaches who will put you through the paces of a typical college preseason routine. Campers will play with and against current and former AUM Soccer players, who are there to show you what the next level is all about, while giving you the chance to become more familiar with the elite college level. All coaches will be available after each session to answer any questions you may have on a "one-on-one" basis.

The Academy setting will challenge the field players in attacking skills, speed of play, and quick decision making through small-sided, 11 vs. 11 matches.
